Jennifer Dawson is a third generation San Luis Obispo County native who grew up at the Paso Robles Golf and Country Club. Living at the golf course, Jennifer took up golf at a very young age, and has been playing ever since. Jennifer played on the girl’s golf team throughout high school, and qualified for California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Golf Individuals each year. Her passion for golf continued, and in 2010 she and fellow golfers, created a coed golf club, called New Attitude Golf Association (NAGA). Jennifer’s love for managing golf events led to the creation of her own golf coordinating business called Who’s Your Caddy? in 2012.

Jennifer, a Paso Robles native, also has a passion for the wine industry, and in 2014 she graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with her Bachelor of Science in Wine and Viticulture. Jennifer’s love for the Central Coast has led her to her current position as local CA Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Central Coast and Executive Assistant to Jean Morton, Realtor®. When Jean shared her vision with Jennifer about providing a 5-Star Golf Concierge Service on the Central Coast Jennifer knew this was the perfect fit for her. Mary Blake has been a licensed CA Realtor® since 2006. She grew up in a home on the Rancho Palos Verdes Peninsula in CA where her Mom was a Realtor® and learned at an early age how great it was to be able to help people achieve their home ownership dreams. She saw her Mom do this through the years.

Mary is an achiever and realized this while attending Peninsula H.S. in Rancho Palos Verdes as an athlete in both track and cross country. She was on the varsity her first time out as a freshman and maintained varsity status through all 4 years and her team took first place in State championships. Mary was selected to compete for the U.S. in cross country (1 of 100 students throughout the U.S.) in Shanghai, China.

Mary graduated from Pasadena City College with an AA degree in Liberal Studies. She became a licensed CA Realtor® in 2006 working for Winkelmann Realty and helping her Mom as a transaction coordinator and as a Buyer’s agent before moving to Nevada.

While in Nevada, Mary became a licensed Medical Assistant (MA) and worked for a busy OBGYN for almost 4 years. The medical field was another passion of hers and a way of helping people by providing medical assistance and functioning in a support capacity.

Mary returned to CA, the Central Coast in early 2016 to go into real estate business at Keller Williams Realty full time specializing in Trilogy at Monarch Dunes on the Jean Morton Results Team. Mary’s passion is to help her clients fulfill their Real Estate goals while providing honesty, integrity and her commitment to help her clients buy or sell real estate. Annette Silha, born and raised in California, has lived on the beautiful Central Coast for over 20 years, where she feels very fortunate to have raised her children. Annette studied Technical Drafting at So. Cal Regional Occupational Center in Torrance, California, and attended Woodbury University in Los Angeles as a design major. She excels as a highly organized and detail- oriented individual, and assists homeowners in staging and preparing their homes to showcase and highlight their best features.

Annette has excelled in customer service over the years with her friendly and “can do” approach to serving her customers. Her expertise in serving people led her to transition into the field of real estate and her current position as Operations Manager for The Jean Morton Results Team.

It is Annette’s passion and drive to help people that make her stand out and be an integral part of The Jean Morton Results Team.

Andrew​ grew up on the central coast and has always had a strong connection to the area. He has been a member of St. Patrick’s Church since he was a child and also attended school here at Arroyo Grande High School. Andrew went to college and played Quarterback at the Division one level for The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and locally at Cal Poly. During his time at both schools he earned various academic accolades such as First Team Academic All Mountain West Conference at UNLV, as well as All Academic Big Sky honors at Cal Poly. He graduated from Cal Poly in 2009, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in Biology and a Minor in Mathematics.

Andrew spent the next several years working in finance and accounting. While working in this field he specialized in managing large accounts, drafting financial contracts and negotiating financial terms with high ranking officials of various corporations. He obtained his real estate license and began working in the industry in 2015. In 2016, his first full year in real estate, he sold 9 homes, totaling nearly 4 million dollars.

Andrew joined Keller Williams and the Jean Morton Results Team in December, 2016 because of the tremendous opportunity to help the number one sales team at Monarch Dunes grow and serve more clients. He feels a strong passion for real estate and loves helping people find the home of their dreams here on the central coast…a place that he has called home for so many years. Being Jean Morton’s buyer’s representative enables Andrew to help others realize their dreams of homeownership as he is fortunate enough to be there every step of the way.
